Let’s Get Tropical

Filed under: Uncategorized — Marie Hicks @ 4:26 pm

As summer approaches, I’ve been having the urge to eat pineapples. The only problem is I do not enjoy cutting up the fruit. It’s so messy. I have found the easiest way to satisfy my desire is to blend pineapple chunks along with my fave, mango. I hope that this sweet, fruity vitamin C powerhouse quenches your tropical desire. Bon Apetit!

Makes 2-3  glasses

1 cup of pineapple chunks

1 small bunch of white seedless grapes

1 mango

1/2  cup of lemonade(optional)

1. Add the pineapple chunks to the blender along with the grapes. Halve the mango. Scoop the flesh and add it to the blender.

2. Blend the mixture until really smooth. Add the Lemonade a little at a time until the blend is at the desired consistency.

3. Pour into glasses. Enjoy!
